No. You cannot create email addresses in DirectAdmin at Site.eu.
DirectAdmin is only used for hosting your website. Think website files, databases, and hosting settings. Email is handled by separate Site.eu mail servers.
Where do I create email addresses?
You create and manage email addresses from your Site.eu dashboard.
Open Dashboard, go to your domain name, and open Email. From there, use Create new email address.

Why is email not inside DirectAdmin?
We use separate mail servers for email. These servers run on high-reputation mail server IP addresses. That matters because mail reputation helps your messages reach the inbox instead of the spam folder.
So the setup is simple:
- DirectAdmin is for your website hosting.
- Your Site.eu dashboard is for creating and managing email addresses.
- Site.eu mail servers handle sending and receiving email.
Can this be enabled in DirectAdmin?
No. Email addresses must be created through your Site.eu dashboard.
If you see email options inside DirectAdmin, do not use them for your Site.eu email addresses. They are not the place where Site.eu mailboxes are managed.
