How do I authorize my credit card?

When you authorize your credit card, we can collect payments from your credit card ourselves. You won't have to enter your credit card details for every order, saving you a lot of time!

To authorize your credit card, you must first make a regular credit card payment by ordering a domain name or topping up your online wallet balance. On the payment page you can then make a payment with your credit card. When making the payment, you need to tick the box to issue an authorization to Site.eu.

Check if the authorization was successful

After the payment, you can check if the authorization was successful. To do this, go to your dashboard and click on 'Billing & Payments'. There, you can see under 'Authorized payment method' if an authorization is active. If you can't find the 'Authorized payment method' on this page, there is no authorization active.
