Paying by direct debit is really easy. We understand you'd like to set up a direct debit so you don't have to worry about making any manual payments at all.
To authorize a direct debit, you must first make a regular payment. So, order a domain name or top up your online wallet balance. When making the payment, you need to tick the box to issue an authorization to Site.eu.
Check if direct debit was successfully set up
After the payment, you can check if the direct debit was successfully set up. To do this, go to your dashboard and click on 'Billing & Payments'. There, you can see under 'Authorized payment method' if an authorization is active. If you cannot find 'Authorized payment method' on this page, then there is no authorization active.
If you can find this information on the 'Billing & Payments' page in your dashboard, an authorization has been successfully issued.
