hello. I have a hosting plan.very cheap and fast here. I paid my domain transfer (canariastecno.net) from another registrar to my account in site.eu. appears always the domain is pending.I unblock my domain with the security code to can transfer.what I have to do? money refound is possible?
well youve learned the hard way like me. I have the same problem and they say "we at wobbio cannot give refunds, our systems dont work that way currently. Refunds are simple not supported!" So Im going through my bank. Should have know when they didnt take paypal.

hello. sorry for your problem. Best option is change the hosting provider. Here, you cant have a refound like others companies. My problem is solved. The support it works only every 24 hours. you cant obtain an answer before 24 hours.
If you are in the EU it is law that you can demand and receive a refund..see here
