Dear Site.eu customer,

Whether you use your web hosting for a website, email or both, you deserve a service you can rely on.

In summer 2025, we upgraded all our web hosting servers to state-of-the-art, high-quality infrastructure. This was a major investment in the speed and quality of the web hosting you use every day.

Better servers. A real investment.

Our web hosting prices were based on the older, slower servers we used before that upgrade. The new infrastructure costs considerably more to run. Alongside it, the costs of our employees, customer support, tools and software are increasing too.

To remain a healthy business and keep providing dependable web hosting, we need our renewal prices to reflect those costs.

What this means for you.

For renewals on or after 1 December 2026, Basic and Starter increase by €2 per month. All other web hosting plans increase by €3 per month, excluding VAT. Your first-year web hosting price stays the same. All Sitebuilder and domain name prices stay the same too.

Our commitment stays with you.

Even after this increase, we remain one of the cheapest options in Europe for web hosting, whether you use it for a website, email or both.

This change helps us maintain the upgraded infrastructure, improve our service and support, and develop additional services we plan to offer soon.

We know a price increase is never welcome. Thank you for your support and understanding, and for trusting us with your web hosting. We’ll keep working to make that trust worthwhile.

A little more clarity

Your questions, answered.

We understand that a price change matters. Here’s what it means for your web hosting.

When will my price change?

The new price applies when your web hosting plan renews on or after 1 December 2026. It does not change the price of a web hosting period you have already paid for. You can check your plan and renewal date in your Site.eu account.

Can I renew at my current price?

Yes. To keep your current price for your next web hosting term, renew your web hosting plan before 1 December 2026. Every renewal made on or after that date will be charged at the new price.

For bank transfers, we must receive your payment before 1 December 2026. Otherwise, we cannot complete your renewal at the old price.

Does this affect my first year?

No. First-year web hosting prices remain the same. The increase applies to web hosting renewals, including the renewal after your first year ends, if it falls on or after 1 December 2026.

I only use my web hosting for email. Does this affect me?

Yes. The renewal price is based on your web hosting plan, whether you use it for email, a website or both. Your new price applies when you renew on or after 1 December 2026.

Are domain names or Sitebuilder becoming more expensive?

No. All Sitebuilder prices and all domain registration, transfer and renewal prices remain unchanged by this update.

Why are prices changing now?

We upgraded all our web hosting servers in summer 2025. Our current prices were based on our previous infrastructure. This update brings renewal prices in line with the cost of running our newer, higher-quality servers, supporting our team and continuing to improve your service.

Are these monthly payments, and is VAT included?

The table shows monthly equivalents for a one-year term, billed annually. All figures exclude VAT. Longer-term discounts are not included in the comparison; contact us if you have a question about your renewal.
