chat support needs notifications
how can I see if I get a reply to any of my questions - it seems that I have to keep opening the chat box all the time to check. I also don't understand why the forum posts also require a mandatory 200 words

Hello,
You don't need to keep the chat open actually. You can just close your window and return at any time to check if you got an answer.
Regarding the 200 words minimum for a forum post -> I will pass your feedback to our dev team.
