Why we don't have access to spamfilter section on the webdirect contropanel? how you manage by your own rules the spamfilter, without allowing to customer to manage and control his own rules? and more sadly, when it comes to be urgent matters to be solved, a legitime customer support service, should be also reachable by phone, which is not your case unfortunately, no way to join you by phone for urgent matters.

Bonsoir, J'aurais besoin de votre aide. Depuis hier, les emails que j'envoie mettent énormément de temps à arriver chez les destinataires, sauf pour ceux qui sont dans le même domaine que moi. Merci d'avance pour votre assistance.
