So the reason we don't have a presence on Mastodon is because we use a social media tool to manage all our social media accounts, and they don't support Mastodon.

As we have many social media accounts, we need a tool to manage it all, otherwise it becomes very difficult to be active on all our social media accounts.

Expanding site.eu into the Fediverse, particularly through Mastodon, is a strategic move considering the decline of X (Twitter) and Meta’s questionable policies. Hosting an instance at social.site.tld would provide a decentralized, privacy-focused alternative for PR communications while reinforcing brand presence in a growing ecosystem. Additionally, allowing registered customers access—while keeping external registrations closed—can foster a controlled, engaged community without the risks of open public sign-ups. This approach aligns with the broader trend of businesses seeking more independent and ethical digital spaces for engagement.
