A hacked website often goes unnoticed for weeks. Meanwhile it sends spam, shows strange ads or steals your visitors' data. From today, we help you catch it early. Every night, we check all websites in your web hosting for malware, security holes and outdated software. You see the results in the new Security tab of your plan.

What we check
- Malware. Is a website hacked? We show which files are involved, and what to do now, step by step.
- Security holes. Known holes in your website software, plugins and themes. With the risk, from low to critical, and the version that closes the hole.
- Outdated software. Updates that are waiting, plugins that no longer get updates, and PHP versions that no longer get security fixes.
It works for website software like WordPress and Joomla, with their plugins, themes and extensions. For a website without such software, we check its PHP version.
We email you when it matters
Is a website hacked? Then we email you right away, or once a day if you prefer. You also choose how often you hear about new security holes, and whether you get a weekly or monthly report about outdated software. Nothing new to report? Then we don't send an email.

Where do you find it?
Log in to your dashboard, click Plans and open your plan with web hosting. Then click the Security tab. Read how the Security tab works.
Tip: using WordPress? Turn on automatic updates for your plugins. Then most holes are closed before we even find them.
