Site.eu launches SiteBirdy

Today we're launching SiteBirdy, our own email app. One calm inbox for all your email addresses. Made by the team behind Site.eu. And it comes free with every plan.

Why? Email has become noisy. Newsletters, notifications and receipts all shout for attention. The emails from real people get lost in between. SiteBirdy turns that around.

What SiteBirdy does

  • People first. Email from real people sits at the top. Newsletters, notifications and receipts are folded out of the way.
  • New senders wait for your OK. Someone writes to you for the first time? Their email waits until you let them in. Or you block them for good.
  • All your addresses in one inbox. Your Site.eu address, Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and more. Each with its own color.
  • Fake email gets caught. SiteBirdy warns you about fake senders and checks links before they open.
  • Mistakes are easy to undo. Deleted or archived something by accident? You can undo almost anything.
  • Your day on one page. Your email, calendar, contacts, notes and to-dos, all together.
  • Made for teams. Share mailboxes, calendars and notes with the people you work with.

Your email stays yours

SiteBirdy has no AI that reads your email. Want help from an assistant anyway? Then connect your own, such as Claude or ChatGPT. You decide what it may do.

Your email also stays on your own mail server. SiteBirdy shows it from there. So your phone and other email apps keep working as before.

Where does it work?

In your browser, and as an app for Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android. In 24 languages, with light and dark themes.

How to start

In your dashboard, open your domain name and click Email. Then click Open SiteBirdy. Create your SiteBirdy account and add your email addresses. Our guide shows you how, step by step.
