How Many Emails Can I Send?

By default, all domain names can send 50 emails per 24 hours.

So your domain is allowed to send 50 emails in 24 hours. Need more? We can increase this limit for you.

How to Request a Higher Limit

If you want a higher email sending limit, just contact us. We'll need some information:

• What kind of emails are you sending?
• Who are you sending them to?
• Have these people agreed to receive emails from you?
• Is there anything else we should know?

Once we review your request, we can increase the limit for you.

Why Does This Limit Exist?

The reason is simple.

We use specific IP addresses for outgoing mail. These IP addresses are shared among thousands of our customers. And they have a very high reputation.

Here's why that matters.

Imagine if one of our customer's email addresses gets hacked. Maybe they used an unsafe password. Or fell victim to phishing. Whatever the reason.

That hacked email address might try to send thousands, sometimes even millions of spam emails.

Our 50-email limit will only allow the first 50 to be sent. After that? The rest are blocked.

And even those 50 emails that pass the sending limit will still be filtered by our outgoing spam filters.

Protecting Everyone's Email Reputation

This is one of the ways we keep our email server IP address reputations very high and clean. We also use SPF records and DKIM records to protect email delivery.

And this is how we get the emails of our thousands of customers into the inbox of recipients. Instead of the spam folder.

The good news? If you have legitimate email needs that exceed 50 emails per day, we're happy to help.

Please note that we do not increase the email sending limit for customers on a Basic plan.

This plan is very affordable. And for that very low price, the risk is too high for us to increase the email sending limit.
