You can get a refund of your plan purchase within the first 30 days after purchase.
Important: This only applies to new plan purchases. It does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or other purchases.
Cancel the plan first
Before you ask for a refund, cancel the plan completely. Only disabling auto-renew is not enough.
Disabling auto renewal stops the next renewal, but it does not cancel the plan right now.
Need help cancelling the plan? Follow this guide: How to cancel a product.
Ask for the refund
After the plan is fully cancelled, ask Site Assistant for a refund of your plan purchase.
You can keep it simple. For example: I cancelled my plan and would like a refund for my plan purchase.
Where does the money go?
Once the refund is processed, the money is added to your online wallet.
You can leave it there for future purchases or renewals. Want the money paid out instead? Ask Site Assistant to withdraw the funds from your online wallet.
This guide explains how that works: How to withdraw funds from your online wallet balance.
